Well... SR3 was crazy, but SR4 has taken that craziness and took it up 30 levels more; and I think that's fine. I'm glad the team decided to take a little more focus on the story, giving time to know the characters slightly more than in SR3 and a memorable villain. The addition of super powers is really cool, is fun to play around with the different skills and guns to cause all out mayhem, it's enjoyable. The re-use of Steelport feels like a really lazy move and shows by realizing that the world feels small compared to what could have been; radio music has nice varieties but visually really needed some re-touch. SR4 is a good game no doubt, but the overall laziness that comes across in terms of design damages it's actual great idea...
