TTYD hit's many bull's eyes, but when it misses it really misses hard. The game has a really good passe that let's you admire it's excellent crafted levels and environments, of course most of the passing is marked by the player but I can't think of the game rushing me like others. The combat have seen a few minor changes compare to the original PM, I think it doesn't work, the original system worked perfectly for me and IMHO it never needed the change; the colors match perfectly with the paper esthetic and the GC power makes the world even more colorful, even though the story is slightly less interesting here. This game is very fun and worth a playthrough for RPG fans, however i don't think is better than the original N64 in any way.
