You know, it takes a truly incompetent development team to screw up this bad. I mean... were you guys even TRYING?! SERIOUSLY! Sonic the Hedgehog 2006 represents everything wrong with the franchise. The story takes itself WAY too seriously with FAR too many characters; the music, while forgivable, is soured by the unfathomably bad "His World" by Crush 40; and the gameplay, OHHH the gameplay. Nothing says "fun" like loose and unresponsive controls. Don't forget the titanic amount of glitches and drawn-out loading screens for every single thing you do. The in-game visuals are pretty nice, but if the game has to suffer through THAT many loading screens, IT'S NOT WORTH IT. This is one of the worst games I've ever played. Fuck this game.
