We need a favourite Star Wars media list. Then we can find the ultimate Star Wars thing ever.

Is the best Star Wars thing ever a movie? Is it a TV show? Is it a videogame?

We all know it's Episode 3 but it'll be fun to see the lists anyway.

Editing … Husky I'm sad that you thought of Nodley before me when it comes to Star Wars. I clearly need to rep it more seeing as I've been in love with it since I was 7.

Editing … And I know you know I appreciate you. And I would extra double super appreciate you if there was a list for this. 50 spots might be enough.

Editing … Also Nodley's opinion on the best movie is unorthodox and I will absolutely disagree with it, but I can also respect it. There was a time when it was my second favorite. Now it's solidly behind all the OT but still very good and with some amazing moments.

Editing … I feel like I fell out of love with Star Wars. I kinda just care about the original trilogy. I can live without the rest.

Editing … I NEED the prequel trilogy in my life! I can let the og films go if I have to, if you put a gun to my head. The new trilogy is OoT levels of shitty shit. But I really like Rogue one and Solo. I just really like star wars. I'll bore you to death for hours if I get started on the games and don't forget I've read well over 200 star wars books too.

Editing … For me my passion has waxed and waned at different times of life where other things have come in or I was burned out, but I have never fallen out of love with it and always come back to it eventually and enjoy new things. It was my first fandom, really, and is still one of my biggest.

Editing … I wish I could fall in love with Star Wars again. Right now even when I do enjoy a new Star Wars entry, I just see them as "legally Star Wars," because they don't *feel* like actual Star Wars to me. Dave Filoni makes some fine stuff, but they don't actually feel like a part of the galaxy I fell in love with. That's one reason I really liked Tales from Jabba's Palace & the Mos Eisley Cantina, it just felt like Star Wars. Hell, it's one reason I like the Ewok Adventure Movies. I wanna rewatch Solo now. I liked Solo. I only saw it once, but I remember it feeling like Star Wars.

Editing … The Mandalorian feels like Star Wars to me. The Clone Wars does too, mostly, even if contradicts things sometimes, and it's hard to reconcile with other works. But in general I agree that Disney era stuff feels different. Not bad. I enjoy the sequel trilogy and I love Rogue One. And I know there's a lot of stuff I haven't gotten to that might feel differently. But I'll admit ever since the Legends split even after I got over it I've always kind of felt less invested in the new stuff, even if I really like it, because it's not "my Star Wars." It's the Star Wars AU, which is fun and can be interesting, but on the whole it's just not what I became invested in growing up. Maybe that feeling will eventually change, or maybe I'll grow to love "Star Wars 2" as much, in a different way, but it hasn't happened yet.
