Question for you emulatorers. If a game is being glitchy on an emulator, is that more likely to be a problem with the ROM or the emulator? If everyone looks like their shadows are trying to meld with them in Xenosaga and become shadow-demons together, would playing the actual disc in a disc drive through the emulator fix it or nah?

Editing … I'd think the iso is just literally a rip from the game. I would not think that could go wrong. It should be a faithful copy.

Editing … Yeah I got into the game and it was fine. It may be your graphics card that needs a setting to be tweeked or something. I had a ton if problems getting Gran Turismo to play properly until I googled it and found a simple fix.

Editing … 99% of the time it's a setting in the emulator causing the glitches. Most of the time a rip is "good enough" to not cause any visual glitches. Play around with the settings, maybe choose a different renderer (OpenGL vs. DirectX vs. Vulcan) and update your graphics card's drivers.

Editing … As mentioned having wrong settings is default for a game not running well. Popular games which don't run well with emulator may have a community patch for that, got one myself to fix one known issue.
