I had a dream that there was this woman I met online, who I think I was online dating, but in the dream I was scared of her. I woke up in bed, but I was a kid, and when I looked out my window at the path behind my apartment, I saw my little brother (not real) heading toward the spot where I'd seen her in the dream. I rushed outside to get him, but I didn't want to get close to where the woman might be, so I just called to him and gestured for him to come to me, and he did. As we were re-entering the apartment he lifted me up with ease, and I felt like I'd just become a floating camera, and he rapidly carried me out of the apartment, into the apartment directly across from us, and to the wall on its right. He showed me an image there, but I don't remember what it was. I'm not sure I was able to see exactly what it was.

Darkness enveloped us and I woke up, and after a few hours I knocked on the neighbor's door. Everything I could see from the doorway was exactly as my brother had shown me, including some photos on the wall, but when I went to reach my head in to see to the right, the man blocked me with his arm and said "begone, spirit." The hall fell into darkness, and then fell over the man, and I woke up with a sharp gasp. Something reached over me and darkness enveloped my room, and then I woke up with a gasp. My little brother was standing in my room, but something felt wrong and I was scared, and darkness overwhelmed me again and I woke up for real, scared that I was still dreaming.
