The release of Bomb Rush Cyberfunk made me remeber that I need to play this game. Tried for the first time on the old Dreamcast and I found it barely playable: the character goes anywhere, never lands properly and never faces the right direction.

I still decided to give the game a proper chance, so I turned to the mighty PlayStation 3 to see if the dualshock 3 would at least allow for some camera controls. Turns out the game's pretty good! I do think having a time bar, combined with a life bar, combined with the need to pick up spray paint is a very tedious design choice that shows the age of the game though.

Editing … You could try Jet Set Radio Future aswell. I tried playing the original on the dreamcast but I just thought it was too clunky but JSRF still holds up to this day. I've has so much fun playing it.

Editing … wow. That's a great price. Is it the version with gt racing or the one with just jsrf? I think the stand alone version is around 80 euro's or so.

Editing … hehe yeah It think it launched together with the xbox. Maybe you even got it with the xbox. It's weird that they would pack 2 very different games on one disc.

Editing … I hated a lot of the night levels for various reasons. Then that track "Electric Toothbrush" just got me into this vibe where I couldn't stop playing! I mean, yeah, I had to replay the level to death and I hated the game mechanics. That music though, oomph! It's like a 90s dance party. An incredibly frustrating dance party, but the music just takes me there. I'm not gonna play it again, tho https://youtu.be/jeKq7vseMSE?si=QNehq9rNRRA3BftK
