mom's PC is infected with fake antivirus popups from "quatelisest.com". I can't figured out how to remove it.
Best I can do is disable popups from them. (which is pretty much just as good, but I'd rather it not be there totally, sucking up memory and whatnot and potentially installing other things)

I ran Malwarebytes and Unhackme, both claimed to remove it. But upon restart I click on "manage notifications" and quatelisest.com is still there, albeit still disabled. (Also, enabling it causes the notifications to appear instantly. So it's not just Windows 10 remembering something that isn't there.)
