Overall I'd say this is an improvement over the first game and a successful transition from a 2D platform game to a 3D one. The major nitpick I have is the camera, which screws you over plenty of times. Sometimes changing the camera to "manual" makes it better, but it still moves on its own. The music is absolutely stellar, the graphics are really good (especially Gex' animations) and I just love to listen to Gex' voice. There's quite a lot of levels and secrets to discover...
