I didn't give in, I've been practicing. I can play Johnny B. Goode with that 12 bar blues I learned a few days ago. And I found a capo so it's even in the right key too. I still suck massive donkey balls and it hurts but I guess it's practice for when I buy some bass.

  Editing … Dude, try to play just off your chest every once in a while. Just how you feel; expressively. Start with a 3- or 4-note melody. Repeat, repeat, vary. Let it evolve from there. Keep alternating between making active decisions and passively letting things happen. In case of mistakes, remember Bob Ross: there are no mistakes but only happy little accidents. Even mistakes can sound kinda cool if you repeat, repeat, vary them. I play the piano like this almost every night before I go to bed.
