Saved!SandvichEditing … They heavily marketed the detective story element of it but I wasn't remotely intrigued or shocked at any part of the mystery story. As cheesy as Batman Forever was, all the riddles being part of a larger riddle was at least.... something. I largely had positive things to say about it after watching but in the weeks after I struggle to remember anything I particularly enjoyed about it beyond the superficial.
Saved!Silent GamerEditing … It releases in June in the UK. That's a very good point about the lack of mystery. If they had included a puzzle for the audience to piece together, it would have gone a long way to making me feel more engaged. At almost an hour and a half in, I felt like I hadn't witnessed anything that wasn't already summarised in the 3 minute trailer. It picked up after that, but it took a long time to get going.
