I was going to stick with Katherine on my first run. I was just gonna go steady, but Rin is literally the angel of the three. I mean, we got the bitchy girlfriend, we got the hot girl who wants to ruin stuff because she can, and then there's goody two-shoes Rin. Once she shows up, there's pretty much no alternative.

I won't spoil anything, but the game literally makes her the most likable character of the entire game. She's the musician who gradually regains her memory and helps Vincent out by playing the piano to slow down the blocks. So it's nearly impossible to hate her unless the player is some sick sadist who loves to kick cute puppies...
