I must say that the Medievil Remake went under the radar for most people and that's a shame! While it is true that the gameplay is only slightly enhanced over the original (the gameplay is still great and didn't need a complete overhaul, dammit!), the new visuals and music are handled with such love and care that the game is just a lovely trip down the memory lane that messes with your brain in all the right ways. Meaning, it looks and sounds like just as you remembered, but then you go back to the original and see just how massive the upgrade actually is! I highly recommend giving the Remake a go!

P.S. Deluxe edition extras are awesome!
