Dad's pursuing some fishy story about our ancestors and an inheritance in England from a long-lost Oyama investor. We know nothing about our great-grandfather, except that he lived around Kumamoto. Honestly, I think it's a scam, but dad keeps receiving letters and e-mails from a private investment firm about our detailed family history. Long story short, he's asking some of our relatives for genealogy research on our bloodline.

Also, keep in mind that there's probably a hundred thousand people in Japan who probably have the same ancestral name because this is f***ing Japan and we need tons of research to distinguish which Oyamas are actually closest to us. All I know is that we're not related to the Oyama dude that Street Fighter Ryu was based on. I think.
