I saw her in concert three years ago with the California Philharmonic. She's very cool and casual. I also loved hearing her hit single with an entire string orchestra--almost like the ultimate version of "A Thousand Miles." She could've used a few more singles, but she's still a talented songwriter with a lot of spunk.
