    Y'know, the first few episodes of this dystopian anime were pretty exciting. Once Shion gets whisked into the West Block outside of No. 6, the show turns ugly. The the anime companies abruptly cancelled the international streaming of the show--perhaps it got too risque. It's not as if this was the first boys' romance show, but the excessively dark setting turned off a lot of viewers.

    Not that it matters, anyway. The pacing slowed to a crawl after about episode three. I like the character designs, but the show just isn't that great.
