Jamie Wu connected that email again to a new instagram account, and then must've noticed their mistake, as one minute later, after sending three confirmation emails, they changed the connected address. They seem to sometimes use a username connected to that email, so I bet they forget they don't own the address.
I can actually hit a button to undo that change, claim the account, and then delete it.
But I mean, no need, glad they've dissociated me from it.
