Shoegazer rock didn't make sense to me until I listened to Loveless. The whole album is a trippy mess of loud guitars, but each track expresses something completely different with the type of distortion. I'm not really sure how Kevin Shields' band created such a hazy mix of synths and guitars, or whatever the hell it is, but I love it. Loveless is just erotic beauty, epitomized through loud guitar reverb in an 11-track CD.
