    1. Barbell Deadlift
    2. Barbell Bench Press + variations
    3. Back Squat
    4. Weighted Dips
    5. Weighted Pull-Ups
    6. Dumbbell Row
    7. Dumbbell Shoulder Press
    8. Romanian Deadlift
    9. Bulgarian Split Squat
    10. Standing Lat Pushdown

    Always disliked the "bro" movements like bicep curls or cable triceps extensions, because they're extremely boring to me but that might also be why my arms suck.

      Editing … Ooh, I like this idea. 1. One handed tricep extension. 2. Dips. 3. Reverse wrist curls. 4 squats. 5 deadlift (my shprt legs make these two a breeze pound for pound). 6. Bench press. Not sure about having more favourite, anything triceps works for me though. I have a lot of exercises I hate because they're hard and only a few a love because they're easy.
