You'll enjoy this game much more if you play it as a action game with horror elements, but if you go in expecting a scarefest you'll be bitterly disappointed. It clearly drew the majority of it's inspiration from Resident Evil 4 but combines this with some cool sci-fi aesthetics and a decent cult conspiracy plot. The game feels fairly balanced except for the bosses, and the variety of weapons isn't bad.
