Hurt my shoulder going too heavy in the gym again, I'll never learn. It only feels minor this time though, I reckon I'll be lifting again in a week. But I did get a new PB in incline bench so that felt good.

I did 14 reps with 35kg dumbbells on the incline, a new best. The one that got me was doing 12 reps of 42.5kg dumbbells on the flat bench.

Not massive weights but remember I weigh 66kgs.

Editing … Thanks. I use a website called strength level or something and it compares you to every lifter after taking into account age, height and weight. I'm doing well and I've just crept into the advanced category. I'm really happy with my training at the minute.

Editing … Awesome! I use strength level often as well it's actually quite accurate at measuring 1RMs which is useful for me. For my age/weight/height I'm currently elite in the bench press / deadlift and advanced in the squat (the 3 lifts performed in powerlifting). I've been focusing on getting my squat caught up to the others, it's my weakest lift for sure.

Editing … My weakest is lateral raises but I've made good progress. I'm some way off advanced yet but I can get 3 or 4 reps at 17.5kgs so I'm progressing. I'm elite in dips and reverse wrist curls.
