From the maker of Meat Boy, Spewer is platformer game based around the physics of, I kid you not, vomiting! It starts off fairly simple, where you use your vomit to propel yourself through the air, but soon you will be using different types of vomit to deal with different situations and it's then that the difficultly really picks up. With over 50 levels and 5 different types of vomit, there's loads of content and tons of variety! My main complaint however is that the controls aren't as tight as they should be, and this can lead to some annoying deaths.
