it's not their fault that, for some reason, it's always FedEx that gets given the wrong address information
or that my street address is, for some reason, incomplete on almost every package that they specifically ship, but not on any others
but it probably is their fault that they take two days to ship across a distance I could travel by bus in 90 minutes
