Y: The Last Man is still my favorite comic of all time. The story of Yorick, 355, Dr. Mann, Ampersand, and all their friends is a wild adventure with many twists and turns, while also promising both a smart plot and real heart. The ending is up there as one of my favorites in all of fiction. Aside from that the art- especially the cover art- is fantastic, with some great character design and imaginative and detailed scenes. I've read through it several times now and I still love it every time.
