Yay! I finally figured out why this game wasn't working. Steam kept causing errors with the file path for the executable file, so I had to tinker with it. Verified integrity of the files, so that I could redownload the executable program...Run it with the file path error message...Renamed the old executable to the new name. I forget the exact order that I used to get everything to work, but now I can play the visual novel that I picked up from the Humble Bundle.

...I also have no idea why I'm playing such a cute, girly thing. Oh well.
