This is the build we've all been waiting for. 5 movies from different superheroes worth of continuity in this one movie. This movie was a landmark achievement in film making, no longer are restricted to separate universes in film, we can create interlaced film franchises into bigger franchises and tell grander stories and see movies of different series effect the other. This was the finished result. And what we got was a slick-paced action film with TONS of witty one-liners and banter between the avengers. "Everything about you came out of a bottle", "Not A Great Plan", "Hulk...Smash", it's all here. Speaking of Not A Great Plan, normally it'd bother me more that Loki's plan is actually a really stupid one (and they even address how dumb it is in the movie), the surrounding areas of the movie more than make up for the "idiot plan" in the movie. The movie somehow isn't even that predictable, which is great, you'd think a blockbuster like this would be more of the usual fanfare, but it all isn't. This was well worth the wait. Great achievement in film and the scope of the action is fantastic, as well as the one-liners.
