That new show Black Lightning on the CW mostly just makes me want to see mah boi Static in the DCEU. Marvel has brought Spider-Man back home, DC should really give their own sassy genius teenage superhero the blockbuster treatment. Hopefully he'll feature more heavily in the new season of Young Justice when it comes out, but damn it, I want to see Static on the big screen! Unless that rumor from a couple years ago proves true that Jaden Smith would be playing the role, in which case forget I said anything.
