With "M&S at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games", Sega once again developed a collection of mini-games. The disciplines are fun but sometimes the Wii Remote loses connection to the game which can be very annoying, especially in games where you need to be as fast as possible. Overall I felt that the Wii Remote Plus didn't add anything to the gameplay as I don't see any difference between this game and the former Mario & Sonic games which didn't require a Wii Remote Plus. The use of the GamePad is completely unnecessary and feels forced at best. Graphics and soundtrack are mediocre. The online mode works well but only four disciplines are playable which is very disappointing. Anyone who liked the predecessors will most likely also like this game but everyone else should expect a mini-game collection with some issues. -0.5 points because 75% of this game is not playable if you don't own a Wii Remote PLUS and the use of the GamePad is utterly pointless. It could have been way better
