I actually passed up this album when it came out, because I wasn't sure if the Peppers could stay consistent for two discs. However, a lot of RHCP's best singles came from Stadium Arcadium. "Tell Me Baby" was the song that finally convinced me to purchase it in 2017 (yeah, I'm 11 years late). And man, this is one of the most fascinating double-CDs that I've ever listened to. Californication is still my favorite, but Stadium Arcadium showed off a wide variety of styles that we had never heard from the band before.
