Looks pretty decent. I liked the last two, so this should hopefully be good as well :)

Editing … I loved Rise, Dawn was one of my biggest disappointments ever and this is the same director. Some decent build up paid off with very mediocre action, something that should never describe humans being overrun by gun-wielding apes. The only thing that intrigues me in that trailer is the gorilla at 1:46 helping humans fend off an aerial strike. Hopefully that indicates some interesting story material.

Editing … I like gun-wielding apes, for whatever reason. Lol. I'm still waiting for apes in jets, man.

Editing … By the way, apes in jets are almost as cool as the war between vampires and lycans. As canonized in Underworld. :-P

Editing … I like gun-wielding apes as well, but they seemed to think that alone was enough to make a compelling action sequence for their epic war movie. Leading up to Dawn's release my imagination ran wild with the possibilities for apes waging war against experienced soldiers using their superior strength, speed and agility. Apes can climb barricades, climb to strategic high spots in seconds, and cover all kinds of rough terrain. How cool would it be to see an ape firing off a gun while hanging from its feet? How cool would it be to see an ape firing off a gun WITH its feet? Instead we get a bunch of apes doing head-on cavalry charge towards a fortified barricade and somehow not getting slaughtered en masse. And we get a couple moments of gorillas throwing some big shit at some other shit. That would be a lame, boring sequence with humans, and it's only slightly less boring with apes. Despite having half the budget the action finale in Rise was way cooler.

Editing … Yeah, the finale in Rise was cool. The whole movie was very short, though. I think either way I look at it, I'm not going to get everything that I wanted from the ape movies. And seriously, those apes must have bulletproof skin. I don't think that the director really thought that through. At least the jungle art style in Dawn looked pretty cool.
