Well at least this shitshow of an election is almost over. The DNC botched everything on their side by essentially skipping the nomination process in the hopes of getting their first-pick candidate to the general election damage free. You need a conventionally elected nominee, iron sharpens iron, maybe if the arguments against Hilary came out earlier in the race she'd be out of the picture and the Dems could have had an actual candidate. Meanwhile the GOP completely ignored every trend of the past ten years that said Republican voters were getting increasingly tired of voting for career politicians. So like idiots they were actually surprised when Trump came in and stole the whole thing from them. Anyways, props to Trump, he played a revolutionary political game, it will be amazing to see how different the nominees will be four years from now. "I'm something different!" will be the key phrase in 2020 instead of "You liked him, so therefore you'll like me!" Now let's hunker down for a really miserable four years, shall we?
