What games had the best facial animation?

Facial animation is real important. A lack of expression or out of sync voices can break your immersion, or appear amateur. Great animation can make a graphically unimpressive game appear to have more realism than one with 16K textures, but shitty animation!
Some games don't even seem to bother with facial detail, and you have to rely almost solely on the lips. Sometimes the lips are exactly what breaks your immersion, as they won't mimic any expression.
