I imagine Pee-wee was raised in an isolated environment, with no education, and no knowledge of the real world. His parents gave him everything he ever wanted, and never disciplined their child, causing him to never truly grow up. Upon their death, Pee-wee inherited everything they owned, and with that, discovered the world outside the upper class shindigs his parents brought him to. However, he has yet to understand the going-ons of the world, and believes the most minor of issues to be important problems. He doesn't know struggle or trife, he's never had to hold a job. He even tries to earn special treatment from the authorities, and to have them retrieve his bike. He believes he's that important, that the world revolves around him.

Pee-wee's going to be arrested for child molestation someday.
