List of ongoing live-action DC universes:

    1. DC Extended Universe
    2. Arrowverse
    3. DC Universe series' (Titans, Doom Patrol, likely the other upcoming live-action shows)
    4. Black Lightning (standalone, has the "potential" to join the Arrowverse)
    5. Gotham (standalone)
    6. Joker (standalone)

Any others that I've forgotten, or that I mistook for being a part of the Arrowverse?

List of ongoing live-action Marvel universes:

    1. Marvel Cinematic Universe
    2. X-Men
    3. Sony's Dark Marvel Universe Thing (Not recognized as part of the MCU by Marvel Studios, but is recognized as part of the Spider-Man: Homecoming universe by Sony. It really sounds as if they've added on to the MCU, and Marvel's saying "but it's not..." and Sony's saying "it's our Spider-Man and this is our expansion to his universe." Don't know if they'll walk this back, or ever decide "let's give this series its own Spider-Man." They probably have plenty of time to work this out.)

I've seen Sony's MCU referred to as the "Dark MCU," "Sony's Marvel Universe," (Wikipedia), and "Sony's Universe of Marvel Characters," (Wikia/Fandom). Since the franchise is currently wholely based around Spider-Man, maybe the fans ought to call it something like the Spider-Man Extended Universe. "Extended" seems to work here, as it's really about stories adjunct to the Spidey's own story. Could go with "Expanded" to differentiate from the DCEU. Hardly, but like, yeah. Ah, the SMEU. Smew for short.
If they stick with the series being a Homecoming expansion, and don't give the series its own new Spider-Man, it could be called the Homecoming Universe.

Editing … Oh yeah, I get burnt out on just the MCU. And I'm still insisting on watching... every single one of these films... Marvel's been having like four TV seasons a year, three movies a year, X-Men's got two seasons a year now, DC's got god knows how many, plus they've both got films too.

Editing … I think it's fair to get burnt out but keep watching though. I mean, we're holding on for those few exceptional entries (and hell, I've found one of my favorite TV shows in the MCU), and there's a satisfying payoff to knowing all the connections within the universe. And if you wanna watch the new Avengers, you better know what's happened to the characters since the last one, and who those new guys are!
