    I've been following this guys advice lately. He says less weight more reps. Whoever does the most reps will look the best, not who lifts the heaviest. And he's never had an injury in 31 years of training. He doesn't use supplements either, not even protein powder.

    It's going okay actually, the thing that made me want to try was the no injuries, I've struggled with injuries for 20 years. It definitely works, I'm getting stronger all the time and I'm injury free so far. Well, I had a little strain in my forearm but I was going silly with handgrips, I got carried away. And I do use protein shakes too, just one after I train, so I'm not strictly following him, but almost.
