Natsume, who had always published the Bokujou Monogatari series under the Harvest Moon name, had Bokujou Monogatari taken away from them. It's now published by XSEED under the Story of Seasons name. Reason being that Natsume owns the Harvest Moon name and was unwilling to part with it. Natsume has since hired other studios to make Harvest Moon games that are not Bokujou Monogatari games. So all Bokujou Monogatari games published as Harvest Moon are retroactively part of the Story of Seasons series.
