When I contacted the seller and sent them a picture of the damage they replied with something like "That's the condition we received the item in. We will refund if you pay for return shipping." I was going to make a big stink and fire back about how ridiculous it was to put me through a hassle and monetary loss for their screw-up that they should have known would cause complaints. Fortunately before I got the opportunity, the gobshite must have had an attack of conscience, or perhaps his superior told him he was being a bellend, because my money was refunded shorty afterward.
