For someone that isn't particularly fond of the found footage sub-genre, I was really impressed with this, and would consider this the best I've seen since "The Blair Witch Project" kickstarted mainstream interest in the sub-genre 15 years ago.

The acting is superb, the setting (a quarantined apartment building) really cooks, the scenario is exciting, there's a plausible reason for the camera guy to film what we're watching, and for a change, the camera guy is neither annoying nor useless. This is what I hoped "Diary of the Dead" would have been.

If there's only one found footage flick I could recommend, it's this one - The American remake, "Quarantine", is also a suitable alternative if subtitles give you the willies, since it's a shot-for-shot remake with comparable talent attached.
