A big part of the reason I'm so sad to see #Bates Motel end is that Vera Farmiga was brilliant as Norma. She played a complicated, flawed, but sympathetic character so powerfully and with so much emotion. I know she's been in quite a lot of other TV series and movies, but I'm hoping that with Bates finally over, she will have a chance to land better and more interesting roles like Norma Bates.
