Announcement, March 2023: Mails

Unfortunately, our outgoing mails are flagged as spam, and in some cases not even delivered. This affects our password-reset and similar services – but also mail communication in general.

But good thing we still get lots of spam mails!

The part about our mail server configuration that needs to be adjusted in order to change the spam status of our mails currently cannot be adjusted. This is out of our hands.

That makes it impossible for us to send mails to gmail recipients … at all. Maybe other mail providers are affected the same and we don't even know it yet.
