Deep down in public view, went from awe-inspiring 'Next-gen' to, well...not that. There are a lot of fantastic games coming out, but this looks to combine Dark Souls with some party action, all the while allowing people to play for free! Free seems to be a dirt word to some, and by all means, if you are forced to purchase anything from the inevitable cash-shop to enjoy the game, or keep you on a level playing field with others (pay to win) then the game will have troubles. But right now, it looks good.

Metal Gear Solid is one of those interesting series, that has somewhat of a huge fan-base, but it's not for everyone. Known for its high production values and movie length cut-scenes to boot, it can seem like a small game wrapped in a lot of fairy floss. But don't be fooled, this is a highly regarded game for a reason. Some of the best stealth elements you will find in any game, with copious amounts of cardboard boxes to hide in, what more could you want? Open world, did you say? Alright, introducing The Phantom Pain - now go find a box and hide in it...while playing the game of course!

When Watch Dogs was first shown, BOOM! Things just got real. This game still looks to push the boundaries of open world action, combined with numerous mind-bending ways in which to approach a situation. With the power of the matrix in your hand, you could shut down the world if you want to...or not, it's up to you!

Techland knows zombies, it's a fact. Although the Dead island series has somewhat of a split crowd regarding whether it's a quality title or not, Dying Light looks to silence all. Numerous zombies that get grumpy when the sun goes down and want to take it out on you, to the first person parkour heart pounding action as you run away from said grumpy zombies. Who said zombie games were getting boring?!

The Division has intrigued me see first sight at it's E3 showing. This when completed screams nothing but 'next-gen'. It is a very ambitious title, and I commend Ubisoft for hanging their balls out there. The devil is in the detail, and this game appears to have that much detail, that the Devil can shut the F$%K up!

The Dragon Age series has somewhat of an up and down history. I am one of the few that enjoyed the second game, but I was overcome by the repetitive nature and the environmental re-usages throughout my play through. Inquisition looks to take both of its predecessors out skeet shooting, and blast them all away. All I can say is, pull!

The infamous series has been one of my all time favourites, and each iteration has been a great improvement over the last. I enjoy the story relevant choices you've had to make and I look forward to playing what appears to be a tremendous leap ahead in graphics and game-play.

Destiny: sci-fi + FPS + evolving open world + 10 year commitment = Must play (Although, having it on PC would have been optimal).
