Never really got into Fire Emblem. But I love Shin Megami Tensei (as the top two spots on my list prove) so I am very excited with what Atlus will do with this.

Speaking about keeping promises, I seriously thought that Sony wanted to wipe our brains with MIB pens so that we could forget Ueda and the Last Guardian existed. While I never played ICO, I did play Shadow of the Colossus, which was a blast. So yeah. Can't wait.

I have a history with Final Fantasy, and for some reason that history started at VII and ended at X. The most recent game from the series that I've really touched since then is Type-0 and X/X-2 Remaster, which clearly shows my lack of caring for the franchise's recent installments (cough, XIII, cough, cough). Apparently this is being done by CyberConnect, which is making me slightly skeptical, but I will wait to pass judgement.

At long last, the promise has been kept.

I've never been really into Gust, but the music, art and the interesting story are what drew me to this game. This is also probably one of the better representations of Lesbians/Gays Japan has done, besides Kanji from Persona 4. But I'm really in it for the art.

Well nothing can be worse than Unity... right? No seriously the grappling mechanic looks interesting and the story seems like it will be interesting. I just hope that there isn't a metric tonne of glitches in this thing.

I would answer with just saying Platinum Games, but the pedigree of the team developing this makes me believe that this is on track to being one of the greatest games of all time.

Square Enix is well known for their animation technology.
Platinum Games is known for the quality of their action games, all-around.
Yoko Taro is one of the most creative and unique writers ever.
Keichii Okabe is an amazing musician/composer.

So yeah. 'Nuff said.

While I enjoy fighting games, I have always felt that Street Fighter is the plain sheet of paper of fighting games. That being said, I'm happy that Capcpom is getting another shot at the drawing board. I hope it plays faster than SF4.

As stated before, the Persona games have awesome music. So naturally a rhythm game spinoff is the logical place to go.

Also swimsuits.

If you've ever played a Persona game, you already know. But if you haven't they've got amazing stories with lovable characters, tons of style, and awesome music.
