I installed like 8 mods today. FINALLY. I spend way too much time building settlements to not have infinite access to materials. The only thing that makes me sad is that every time Bethesda releases a new expansion, they release new settlement items that allow you to accomplish the same things in more aesthetically pleasing ways, and then suddenly my settlements look butt ugly. I kind of want to tear Sanctuary down to bare bones and start all over. :L
