My list was almost completely auto-generated from my All Time Favorites. Games were just so much more fun back then. So many great one-offs/series that are now dead, or games that did get next-gen sequels that simply weren't as good. I miss old Ubisoft, Capcom, Level-5... I miss 3D platformers and mid/high-budget JRPGs. This gen will probably remain my fav for the rest of my life, unless VR somehow manages to change everything and we actually get to jack in to virtual worlds with our nervous system hooked up to a machine.
