More Metroidvania. Kind of takes the complaints of Circle of the Moon and overcompensates for the original GBA's dark screen by making everything very bright, to the point of the hero being constantly highlighted. Overall the graphics are an improvement of its' predecessor. Overall not the best game of its type but worth a play if you just can't get enough Castlevania. It has the coolest Castlevania logo too. :p
