I have never really had an interest in manga or anime, but I love the art of Akira Toriyama from games like Dragon Warrior and Chrono Trigger, so I decided to try this. It was pretty entertaining, very humorous and adventurous, but with some kid-friendly thrills too. I was happy to see that Toriyama is much more than just a designer; he can also use his art as a tool to tell fun and exciting stories. I stopped reading after Goku grew up and it became all about fighting. :p
