Another one of the GBA's last great titles. Arguably the best, even.

The Minish Cap was my first Zelda experience along with A Link to the Past. Not far from the then-controversial Wind Waker, a third and final entry in the Four Swords series came into play. But unlike the first two, this was a full singleplayer experience and took the form of a prequel, setting aside the usual canon to tell a new story about the development of the enchanted Four Sword and evil sorcerer Vaati.

Though The Legend of Zelda is classically known as a top-down series, Minish Cap is the most recent true top-down Zelda. There's no telling when we'll get another, if ever, but there's still contentment to be found in that the style was left off on a great game
