A platforming masterpiece. There's debate as to whether it's better than Super Mario World, and honestly it probably all comes down to personal preference, but there's no denying that these two games were Mario's peak in the 2d world. My only problem with this game is that the difficulty can be incosistent at times. For example, World 3 was a large increase in difficulty from World 2, but World 4 was much easier than World 3. Regardless, this is one of those games that everyone must play.
