    A highly underrated 3d platformer. Unlike Super Mario 64 and Banjo-Kazooie, in Rayman 2 you have to simply make it to the end of a level, but you are usually given more freedom to explore a level than the crash games. The platforming is great here, and you can explore the levels for lums (yellow balls of light) and destroy cages for replay value. The graphics are fantastic, and the music is great as well. The only real problem with Rayman 2 is that the boss fights, except for the last one, aren't very complicated (in fact, one boss just requires you to climb a few platforms and stand on it in order to beat it!). This game should be bought by any platforming fan owning a dreamcast, n64, or ps2 (don't get the ps1 game as that has less level
