Deus Ex: Human Revolution tackles a wide variety of serious questions, but not once does it seem to be preaching from a high ground. It never does give an answer as to what is ultimately right or wrong, nor does it funnel a player into a certain play style (aside from the boss fights, that is). It respects the player's intelligence and for that it deserves high praise.
Pros: Thought provoking material, element of choice is well implemented throughout its game design, magnificent level design, brilliantly designed gameplay invites experimentation and exploration, Adam Jensen is a great character, believable and well realized world, great story and writing, sets up interesting moral-questioning situations, interesting side-quests, great skill tree, great visual design, good atmosphere
Cons: Incredibly poor implementation of boss fights, crude transitions between gameplay and storytelling, no New Game+, rough character models and animations, little variation in voice acting (aside from the main cast), some skills are seriously underused in the game
